Dr. Kamal N. Morar is a native of the local area.  He completed high school here in Dayton at Centerville High School and went on to college at the University of Cincinnati.  After completing medical school, he completed an internship in general surgery, which included plastic surgery.  He completed his fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic in Vascular Interventional Radiology. He currently performs over 2000 minimally invasive procedures per year.  As an Interventional Radiologist., Dr. Morar is board certified by The American Board of Radiology which is the only American Medical Board requiring physicians to pass a physics exam. 

He is currently on staff at several local hospitals as well as his own Interventional Outpatient Clinic.  He has published several articles on interventional surgical procedures and techniques and has received several recognitions for his clinical service.  Of particular note, Dr. Morar was the recipient of the “Physician Making a Difference Award” presented to him by Good Samaritan Hospital in 2008.  Dr. Morar views himself as a compassionate and caring individual, who prides himself on bringing innovative minimally invasive treatment options to his patients.
